Biography “Teruyuki Hayashi”, Ph.D. is the Group Leader for Tokyo Electron Limited’s IJ-OLED Project Development Group at Innovative Technology Planning Dept. in Nirasaki, Japan. He joined Tokyo Electron Limed in 1995, during this 8 years, he develops the equipment for OLED display. He earned a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Tohoku Univ. |
