讲师简介 / Speaker Bio Dr. Wing Cheung CHONG, the founder and CEO of Raysolve, studied his PhD under HKUST Professor Kei May LAU, a world-renowned professor in the field of optoelectronics. Dr. Chong has been engaged in the research and development of Micro-LED, GaN, semiconductor fabrication and advanced materials for nearly 20 years, with over 40 publications in international journals, 130 patents and numerous awards for his remarkable works. Dr. Chong and his team have successfully developed a number of record-setting ultra-high resolution Micro-LED micro-display chips. 摘要 / Abstract The miniaturization of LEDs has made them suitable for displays of various sizes. As a new display technology, Micro-LEDs offer unique advantages in the field of micro-displays, including high brightness, low power consumption, and high reliability, making them the ideal solution for AR terminal devices. However, due to limitations in GaN material growth and integration processes, achieving single-chip full-color displays has remained a challenge. Now, Raysolve has redefined single-chip integration technology to achieve wafer-level full-color Micro-LED micro-display chips. Based on its proprietary quantum dot photolithography technology, Raysolve employs blue Micro-LED pixels to excite red and green quantum dot layers defined by stand. |
